FM Sales Manager
WYCR in York/Hanover seeks FM Sales Manager to grow our sales team, client base and sales revenue. Candidate must possess a well-rounded radio sales background including new business development, handling of direct and agency business and an unbelievable work ethic. This person will be responsible for hiring, training and developing a local sales team and working with them in the streets along side our clients and prospects.
Job requirements:
5+ years radio sales experience a must
Local sales management experience desired
Sandler Sales Training preferred
