Join 98.5 The Peak's Bill O'Brien at the 39th annual Arc of York County Bike and Hike from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, April 24 at the John Rudy County Park, York. This community event raises money to help The Arc of York County provide services and support to the 12,000 York County residents with mental retardation and related disabilities. Register your team of five to 10 people to bike, hike, walk, ride or run to promote awareness and help raise money for this great cause. For two days this fall, thousands of area women will fill Memorial Hall at the York Expo Center for a long-awaited weekend of fun with friends and family at the Women’s Show, Oct. 2 and 3. This year marks the 13^th year for this annual show.

The Peak 98.5/Smart Magazine Women's Show, presented by Memorial Hospital, offers two days of shopping, exhibits, fashion shows, entertainment, seminars, demonstrations, sampling and much more, geared especially to the interests of women. A portion of the proceeds of the show, sponsored by Advanced Vein & Laser Center and Weis Markets, will benefit a local charity.
